Huawei Technologies Co Ltd. (”Huawei”), today announced that it has signed a Global Framework Agreement?GFA?and Financing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Etisalat, the leading operator in Middle East and Africa, to further support its business expansion. His Excellency Mr. Mohamed Omran, Chairman of Etisalat, and Madam Sun Yafang, Chairperson of Huawei attended the signing ceremony at the Etisalat-Huawei Summit in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
