"Complexities of a
career in Computers"
At times, one wonders how and when
the phase of mastering a particular
skill will come. At times, one also
questions will these newly learnt
skills be of any advantage? Will
this stage be over and the next
level will be ready to be mastered?
This is a renowned dilemma these
days where people are stuck to a
particular level in their life and
just keep on lingering to that until
they fade away. The following article
discusses this very issue of how
to surpass this stage of new to
skilled.
Computer
world can be termed as an illusion
where one hopes that by entering
it the doors of the world will be
opened and in the end, they'll be
some kind of Bill Gates in no time.
Whereas the fact of the matter is
that entering the world of computers
is a very demanding and scary task.
After some years of struggle and
hard working one can reach at a
cross-junction where the time comes
to leave the stage of novice and
enter into the next level that is
mastering the skill. In every occupation,
it holds true that once you have
the desired or initial knowledge,
you will find tons and tons of information
related to that particular subject.
In the end, it becomes responsibility
of the individual that how to use
that information. You gain from
it gradually and master yourself
with time. Not everyone enters the
world of computers this way; some
people grow up surrounded by computers.
They have a clear advantage in this
regard as compared to the rest of
the folks.
Computer
related careers are kind of tough
options when we compare them with
most of other careers. Although
people get fascinated with computers
but these same computers play a
major role in demoralizing them
as well. It is always better to
follow your instincts in choosing
a career for your life instead of
becoming a fool of your own self
by following the market trends.
Another clear indication of why
experienced people are more in demand.
It is an international belief that
experience is directly proportional
to demand.
To
gain a professional level, two things
are of utmost importance - time
and patience. You cannot be a guru
overnight. You will have to work
hard and wait for the results, which
will speak for you themselves. There
is no place for just theoretical
knowledge in this information age
and it is heavily been replaced
by theoretical knowledge and practical
experience both. Once you get the
feeling that tasks are now becoming
less difficult it is the initial
indication that you are making progress.
Never
enter a field with an attitude of
an impressionist. As a novice, one
should dedicate his/her time and
talents to achieve the next level
without being influenced from the
peers. The main theme is that no
one is born with a dumb state of
mind. The amount of knowledge also
depends on hard work as well as
your passion and enthusiasm to learn
that work. If you follow the above
mentioned rule, you will be considered
in a category of being genius of
your very own loving field.
Always
accept challenges and there is no
need to be afraid of problems, as
they will give you a greater chance
of learning and eradicating them.
Work with others in solving the
problem; socialize with them; gain
and benefit from their knowledge
and vice versa.
Your
goal in life should always be to
elevate your skills. Once you have
conquered one aspect of your field,
jump to the next without the fear
of falling, as progression does
not come with repetition. Therefore,
try to develop yourself; a better
skillful master of the art and from
now on your major priority is to
tackle the problem that's Been hindering
your mind for so long.
Best
of luck for your career in computers!
